MINDFULNESS BASED GROUP THERAPY
Mindfulness service in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Mindfulness practice helps us to cultivate present-mindedness and self-compassion so that we are better able to respond to everyday challenges in a skillful way. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is also an evidence-based group therapy proven to be effective for depression relapse prevention and managing anxiety.

Our Mindfulness Teacher has received professional teacher's training with famous scholars from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Let us take you through your journey of self discovery and spiritual growth.
